Project Management
In order to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of an ACAMS system
to the customer, a project manager is appointed for all delivery contracts.
Our project managers are highly qualified and have long experience
with airport tower systems. The project manager is the single point
of contact for the customer for the entire duration of the contract.
Requirements Analysis
A key factor to the success of an airport tower system delivery is
the proper and accurate analysis of the functional and interface requirements.
Our engineers have comprehensive knowledge of the various subsystems
associated with the tower and are also familiar with many of the various
makes and models thereby ensuring that the requirements for an ACAMS
solution can be accurately determined early in the project.
System Integration
The ACAMS product interfaces and integrates many sub-systems to a
single user interface and therefore system integration is an important
part of an ACAMS delivery. Our engineers have extensive knowledge
and experience in this area thereby ensuring proper operation when
integrated with the associated subsystems. We also have the ability
to deliver, install and integrate third party systems in order to
provide a complete turn-key tower solution.
Installation
We provide installation services tailored to the customer requirements.
We can provide complete installation including all the expertise and
manpower required or, if the customer has manpower available we can
provide one expert engineer who will supervise and manage the customer's
installation team.
Training
We provide comprehensive operational and maintenance training which
can be arranged as dedicated courses specifically for each customer
or the customer's staff can join a standard course held periodically. |
