Support
Our philosophy is to offer a comprehensive range of support services
that can be tailored to suit each individual customer's needs. We
are committed to providing support to our customers throughout the
system lifetime.
Basics support services are included in a standard support package
which ensures that expert help is readily available via telephone
and modem thereby ensuring that problems can be solved quickly and
efficiently. The standard support package is available at a fixed
annual fee of 12% of the system purchase price.
Extended support options are available in order to provide the customer
with additional services as may be required depending on the maintenance
concept preferred by the customer.
Maintenance and operator training courses are available for training
of new staff and also refresher training of existing staff. These
courses are normally arranged as standard courses held at regular
intervals. Special courses can also be arranged which are tailored
to suit the customer's specific system configuration. |
