Standard Support
Our standard support package is designed to provide the customer with
a cost effective solution for system maintenance. The support package
includes services and expertise not normally available within the
customer's own maintenance organisation. These services comprise:
Telephone Support
A telephone support service is provided with a single designated number
for all support enquiries.The telephone support number is operational
24 hours a day. Unlimited telephone support to anywhere in the world
is included in the standard support fee.
Remote Maintenance
All ACAMS systems are provided with a modem remote access facility
thereby providing the possibility for our engineers to remotely diagnose
system problems. The modem is normally disconnected and only connected
and accessed when requested and authorised by the customer. Unlimited
remote maintenance to anywhere in the world is included in the standard
support fee.
Factory Repair
A factory repair service is provided for all modules included in the
customer's system(s). Modules returned to our factory are repaired
or exchanged and returned to the customer within 4 weeks.
The cost of the repair/replacement will in no circumstances exceed
75% of the price of a new spare part.
Software Upgrade
The ACAMS software is continuously being improved and new versions
are released as they become available. New versions of previously
purchased modules are made available to customers at no additional
charge. |
